PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heat exchange of a heat exchanger highly efficient.SOLUTION: A carbon nano-tube 1 of an oriented structure is disposed like a frog-shaped structure in a heating body 2 of a heat exchanger 3. The frog-shaped structure of the carbon nano-tube 1 is configured as a structure in which heat radiation corresponding to a temperature of a heat source resonates. Thus, a heat exchange performed by the heat radiation from the carbon nano-tube 1 can become highly efficient.
