PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable holding device which does not require to replace a clamp ring itself even when a comb feather is damaged, and which can be used for cables of different external diameters.SOLUTION: A cable holding device has a base, a pressure holding member for pressure holding a cable, and an attachment member. The pressure holding member has an annular portion arranged on one end side of an insertion hole in the base, a plurality of first elastic pieces of cantilever beam extending from the annular portion toward the other end side of the insertion hole in the base or toward the opposite side, and capable of forming a first insertion path, and a plurality of second elastic pieces of cantilever beam extending from the annular portion toward the opposite side of the first elastic piece and capable of forming a second insertion path. The attachment member is attached to the base on one end side of the insertion hole, and reduces the diameter of the first or second insertion path by displacing the first or second elastic piece extending from the annular portion toward the opposite side from the other end side of the insertion hole in the base.
