Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad cylinder arranging method in trimming equipment capable of arranging a pad cylinder efficiently without any waste.SOLUTION: A work-piece is virtually n-divided (ST09) so as to make a cut line length uniform. For the divided pieces, an individual summed force (P+P) is calculated (ST10). A dividing line is drawn again (ST14) so that (P+P)n may be identical to the rated load Pc of a pad cylinder. The pad cylinder is arranged at the center of gravity of the projection plane of the established split piece.
