Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt tension adjustment system that can appropriately adjust the magnitude of tension of a belt.SOLUTION: A belt tension adjustment system comprises: a first pulley 21 connected to an output shaft 1a of an engine 1; a rotating electrical machine 12 that has a motor function of transmitting power to the engine 1 to start the engine 1 and a power generation function of being driven by the engine 1 to perform power generation operation; a second pulley 22 connected to a rotating shaft 12a of the rotating electrical machine 12; a power transmission belt 11 wound between the first pulley 21 and the second pulley 22; a tension adjustment mechanism 90 that adjusts the tension of the belt 11; an actuator 60 that actuates the tension adjustment mechanism 90; and a control device 70 that controls the actuator 60 so that the tension of the belt 11 is decreased when the engine 1 is automatically stopped and the tension of the belt 11 is increased when the engine 1 is restarted after the automatic stop.
