Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine having an electric throttle valve which can make favorable an opening/closing response of a throttle valve while allowing the mutual approximate arrangement of a throttle body and a cylinder head.SOLUTION: A bulged part 35a which bites into a clearance between throttle bodies 18c, 18d which adjoin each other at one portion of a group of throttle bodies 18a to 18d is formed at a sidewall of a dynamic valve chamber 35 in order to accept the hang-out of first and second cam shafts 38, 39 being a part of the dynamic valve device 35 in the radial direction, an electric motor 51 is arranged at one side of the group of the throttle bodies 18a to 18d, and a reduction mechanism 52 which transmits an output of the electric motor 51 to a valve shaft 49 is arranged between the throttle bodies 18b, 18c which adjoin each other at the other portion of the group of the throttle bodies 18a to 18d while adjoining the dynamic valve chamber 35.
