Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet, capable of reducing an adhesion force between the ceramic green sheet and a support film to such an extent that handling is easy.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet comprises: the slurry preparation step of preparing a slurry including a ceramic powder, a resin component and a solvent; the application step of applying the slurry to a support film; and the drying step of drying the applied slurry. The drying step is set in the condition that the dryness of the slurry is completed within 5 seconds after finishing the application step.
