PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet process apparatus capable of stacking sheets in an aligned state without a sheet falling in accordance with the size of an output sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet process apparatus comprises a sheet information input part for inputting a sheet transport direction size of a sheet and the number of output sheets to be output to a stacker part (3). The stacker part (3) includes: a belt transport mechanism (31); a back plate (32) for stacking a sheet transported by the belt transport mechanism (31) in the state of being inclined in a given angle from a substantially horizontal transport surface; and a full-sheet detection mechanism (37) disposed movably in the sheet transport direction so as to enable setting of a sheet-full position at a desired position in the sheet transport direction. Further, a control part (7) switches, on the basis of sheet information from the sheet information input part, a drive motor (41) of the belt transport mechanism (31) between a first transport mode for moving a belt (31a) of the belt transport mechanism (31) by a given amount every time a sheet is output to the stacker part (3) and a second transport mode for moving the belt by the given amount every time a given plural number of sheets are output thereto.
