Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a system control device capable of reducing the number of component elements constituting a starter 10.SOLUTION: A battery 44, switching element S¥#, capacitor 42, stator coil 34¥ and solenoid coil 52 are provided to enable the first closed circuit including a battery 44, solenoid coil 52, stator coil 34¥ and ¥-phase lower arm switching element S¥n or the second closed circuit including a battery 44, solenoid coil 52, stator coil 34¥, ¥-phase upper arm switching element S¥p and capacitor 42 to be formed by operating the switching element S¥#. Then, a starter 10 is provided with a control circuit 41 for operating the switching element S¥# to flow such a current to the stator coil 34¥ as one in which a DC current flowing in the solenoid coil 52 so as to move a pinion gear 62 is overlapped with an AC current flowing in the stator coil 34¥ to rotationally drive a motor 30.
