PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a preferable control over a rainwater drainage pump.SOLUTION: A rainwater drainage pump control device in accordance with one preferred embodiment controls a plurality of rainwater drainage pumps where a start sequence has already been set. The rainwater drainage pump control device comprises a pump control part and a water level setting part. The pump control part starts its corresponding rainwater drainage pump when a water level at a storage part into which rainwater flows becomes a starting water level set for each of the plurality of rainwater drainage pumps or more. The water level setting part sets the starting water level on the basis of a difference between an estimated value of a flow-in amount of rainwater into the storage part and a total value of a discharging amount of the rainwater drainage pump where the start sequence is more upper level than that of the rainwater drainage pump that is an object to be set for a starting water level, the first estimated time and a first prescribed water level.
