Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunglass or spectacle frame and a manufacturing method of the same excellent in a fitting sense when the sunglass or spectacle frame is put on.SOLUTION: A manufacturing process of a sunglass is constituted of a shape selection process S1, a face measurement process S2, a data conversion process S3, a shape preparation process S4, a molding process S5, and an assembly process S6. The shape selection process obtains part data D1 of the sunglass, the face measurement process obtains face data D2, data conversion process converts the face data into face data D3 for design, the shape preparation process prepares the sunglass so as to fit to the face and creates part preparation data D4 based on the face data for design and outputs the part preparation data as molding data D5, the molding process molds each part based on the molding data, and the assembly process assembles each part molded at least by the molding process.
