Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat die for rolling that can enhance processing accuracy of a finished product (a processed material) and easily adjust an over pin size of the processed material accompanying when a diameter of the processed material is changed and the flat die is replaced.SOLUTION: A flat die 1 for rolling comprises a plate 4 and a plurality of die parts 2 and 3, where the die parts 2 and 3 are constituted of at least a first die part 2 having biting teeth 5 and a second die part 3 having finishing teeth 7, and the first die part 2 and the second die part 3 are fastened detachably to an upper part of the plate 4 using fastening means 30. In the first die part 2 can be provided a relief tooth 8a. Further in the first die part 2 and the second die part 3 can be provided relief teeth 8a and 8b respectively so that the relief teeth 8a and 8b are next to each other.
