Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous pressure reduction solid-liquid separator capable of performing solid-liquid separation through dehydration and drying of a continuous processed item while performing loading-in or loading-out of hydrous processing item including moisture under a state in which a pressure reduced state of a pressure reducing chamber is kept.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a continuous pressure reduction solid-liquid separator comprising: a loading-in side processing item transporting machine capable of moving hydrous processing item from an atmospheric pressure space side toward a pressure reducing space side while holding a pressure-reduced state of a pressure-reduced space; and a loading-out side processed item transporting machine having at least one pocket part capable of moving an opening part to either the atmospheric pressure space side or the pressure reducing space side and holding or releasing the drying processed item. The separator is formed so that, when the drying processed item is transported out of the pressure-reduced space, the opening part of the pocket part of the loading-out side processed item transporting machine is positioned at the pressure reducing space side and after the drying processed item is held in the pocket part, the opening part is moved to the atmospheric pressure space side and at the same time the drying processed item in the pocket part is released into the atmospheric pressure space and the drying processed item is transported out of the pressure-reduced space.
