Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improvement of speckle reduction effect without complicating a structure.SOLUTION: A luminaire 40 includes: a diffusion member 67 having an anisotropic diffusion surface; a rotary shaft member 68 that rotates the anisotropic diffusion surface in a state that coherent light from a light source is applied on the anisotropic diffusion surface; and an optical element 50 that further diffuses the coherent light diffused on the anisotropic diffusion surface. The coherent light diffused on the anisotropic diffusion surface is linearly diffused. The linear diffusion light beam draws an orbit that rotates in one direction on the optical element in accordance with the rotation of the anisotropic diffusion surface.
