Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face guard to be used together with a surgery supporting robot system, that does not need a circulating nurse or a circulating male nurse to hold a light and is capable of constantly maintaining a gap between a face of a patient and the face guard, when performing a depressurizing operation to a body of the patient.SOLUTION: A face guard includes: a bottom plate 51A and a top plate 52A made of a transparent plastic, both being stacked in a separated manner from each other; and at least one support rod 53 made of a transparent plastic for holding the bottom plate 51A and the top plate 52A with a predetermined distance therebetween. As a light source for illuminating between the bottom plate 51A and the top plate 52A, an LED 55 is arranged inside the support rod 53 made of the transparent plastic.
