PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol fire extinguishing apparatus having improved heat resistance and vibration resistance and capable of being mounded on movable bodies such as a vehicle and an aerosol fire extinguishing agent used for the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an aerosol fire extinguishing agent by adding 0.5 wt.% to 5 wt.% of fluorine rubber to a fire extinguishing component consisting of an oxidant, a reductant and a reductant with binder, especially an aerosol fire extinguishing agent 1 manufactured by adding 0.5 wt.% to 5 wt.% of fluorine rubber at outer split to the fire extinguishing component consisting of 60 wt.% to 85 wt.% of potassium nitrate, 10 wt.% to 26.7 wt.% of dicyandiamide and 5 wt.% to 13.3 wt.% of a phenol resin, and press molding the composition, and having a fire extinguishing agent pellet in a rough disciform shape formed an igniter insertion hole 11 at a center and a soft rubber made restrictor 90 applied to an outer surface of the pellet and accommodating them in outer casing 81.
