Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine device which includes an exhaust emission control system and enables the exhaust emission control system to be efficiently arranged in an engine mounting space.SOLUTION: A diesel engine 1 includes an exhaust emission control system 2 which processes an exhaust gas, and the exhaust emission control system 2 is disposed at the upper surface side of the diesel engine 1. The diesel engine 1 has a structure where the exhaust emission control system 2 is mounted on a flywheel housing 10 (10a) and is formed so that the flywheel housings 10 (10a) having different specifications may be replaced. Further, an exhaust gas sensor 44 is disposed on an upper side surface of the exhaust emission control system 2. An upper surface of the diesel engine 1 and an upper surface of the exhaust gas sensor 44 are formed so as to be flush in a side view.
