Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a dry sludge moisture adjustment mechanism in a new sludge dryer, capable of realizing the mixture of sludge before being charged into the sludge dryer and dry sludge discharged from the sludge dryer, by an extremely simple configuration, and performing moisture adjustment of dry sludge.SOLUTION: A dry sludge moisture adjustment mechanism is a mechanism for obtaining moisture adjusted sludge M2 having a desired moisture content, by charging dewatered sludge M0 into an input port 51 in a sludge dryer 5, drying the sludge by the action of hot wind supplied from a hot wind suction port 53 followed by discharging as dry sludge M1 from a discharge port 52, and mixing the dry sludge M1 with the dewatered sludge M0 split before being charged into the input port 51. A transfer device 10 is provided with a transfer starting end facing the discharge port 52 in the sludge dryer 5, and the transfer device 10 is connected with a split flow passage 11 for supplying the dewatered sludge M0 split before being supplied to the input port 51.
