Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant pressure automatic on/off valve eliminating chattering and cavitation.SOLUTION: A constant pressure automatic on/off valve has a structure in which pressure of fluid is received in a large cylinder 2b right after valve opening by making the pressure reception area of the large cylinder 2b on the downstream side of a valve seat 2g large with respect to the valve seat, and pressure of fluid with little pressure drop can be received by the large cylinder 2b by making the cross sectional area of a fluid passage comprising a small hole 3d and a passage hole 3e smaller than a communication hole 2f. Consequently, the constant pressure automatic on/off valve is in a full opened state right after a valve body 3 is opened, the state can be maintained, and thereby chattering and cavitation can be prevented.
