Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a wood has property that it absorbs and discharges moisture, resulting in shrinkage and inflation of the wood, and when drying is not proper, resulting in warp and crack, therefore appearance is deteriorated, and according to defect of a building and a portion where the wood is used, intensity is affected, but in a conventional drying method, there is bias in moisture content, and when moisture content of inside is high, warp, inside crack, and surface crack occur, and therefore, a uniform and stable drying material suitable for a resident environment with less moisture inclination is desired.SOLUTION: A pole and truss or the like with less surface crack and inside crack and no warp occurring after occupancy to a building, can be acquired by estimating an inside moisture content on the basis of a relationship between an average moisture content and inside moisture content, and performing sequentially digestion, primary drying, and secondary drying, for reducing the inside moisture content to a predetermined inside moisture content.
