PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room lamp control device capable of safely and surely informing a passenger in a vehicle that the vehicle is present at a position close to a specific point.SOLUTION: A room lamp control device 1 which controls turning-on of a room lamp provided in a vehicle C includes a position information acquiring part which acquires position information of a vehicle, a memory part which stores position information of the specific point, and a control part which controls turning-on of the room lamp based on the position information of the vehicle C that is acquired by the position information acquiring part and the position information for the specific point which the memory part stores.
