PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a tubular member end part which eliminates the need of providing special hiding means such as a blind member or a decorative member.SOLUTION: An end part 14a of a tubular member 14 pulled out from a hole 13 provided on an outer wall 5 of a building 1 is fixed to an attachment member 15 fixed to the outer wall 5. A power conditioner 16 serving as equipment for the building is installed on the outer wall 5 through the attachment member 15 so as to hide the end part 14a of the tubular member 14.
