Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a process after forming which includes quality inspection of a formed article compact when forming tubular raw material by hydroform forming.SOLUTION: Tubular raw material is formed into a formed article 2 of a prescribed shape with a hydroforming die 1, thereafter, the formed article 2 is taken out from the die 1 by using a conveyance device 10 for conveying the formed article 2 from the die 1 to a post process 4, when performing quality inspection of the formed article 2, a retention part 11 capable of sealing both edge opening parts 2a of the formed article 2 is provided on the conveyance device 10, both edges of the formed article 2 are retained with the retention part 11 and, at the same time, both edge opening parts 2a are sealed. Therein, gas is supplied to an inner space 3 of the formed article 2 in such a state that both edge opening parts 2a are sealed by the retention part 11 and the quality inspection of the formed article 2 is performed.
