Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing high-quality dissolving pulp high in whiteness and reduced in ash content from lignocellulosic material.SOLUTION: A method of producing dissolving pulp with lignocellulosic material as raw material by prehydrolysis-alkali digestion method comprises bleaching pulp after the prehydrolysis-alkali digestion and treating by adding hypochlorous acid under an acidic condition to produce dissolving pulp. The pulp after the prehydrolysis-alkali digestion is bleached to an ISO of 85-92%, then added with hypochlorous acid under an acidic condition and treated.
