Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing dispersion and an influence of an external force and to maintain high cooling performance and a stable operation for a long time in a cooling device.SOLUTION: A circulation path for a working fluid is formed by connecting a heat receiving part 3 including a heat receiving plate 10 on which a heat generator 2 is installed, a heat radiation path 5, a heat radiation part 4 and a return path 6 in this order. A check valve 13 is interposed in the neighborhood of the heat receiving part 3 of the return path 6 or in the heat receiving part 3. A cooling device has an introduction pipe 14 on a downstream of the check valve 13 and a gap 15 in which the working fluid can circulate between the introduction pipe 14 and the heat receiving plate 10, and a support part 16 for holding a space of the gap 15 is provided.
