Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-mischief screw in which the screw cannot be easily removed after its fastening action.SOLUTION: An anti-mischief screw of this invention comprises a screw main body 10 having a head part 11 and a shank part 12; a breaking head part 30 connected to the surface of the head part of the screw main body 10 through a stress concentration part 20; and a protection cover 40 outwardly fitting to the head part 11 and the breaking head part 30 of the screw main body 10. When a torque is transmitted from the breaking head part 30 to the screw main body 10 to fasten the screw main body 10 with a torque more than a specified value, the stress concentration part 20 is broken to release the connected state between the screw main body 10 and the breaking head part 30 to cause the breaking head part 30 and the protection cover 40 to be rotated in idle in respect to the screw main body 10. The protection cover 40 is made of resin and outwardly fitted to make a close contact against the head part 11 and the breaking head part 30 of the screw main body 10 to form the anti-mischief screw. With this configuration described above, adhesive agent cannot be poured into the protection cover 40 and then the screw cannot be loosened with such modus as described above.
