Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple and inexpensive re-folding means which can pressurize and reinforce a crease of a sheet without elongating, enlarging, and complicating a conveyance path, and pressurize and reinforce creases formed by a plurality of different mechanisms.SOLUTION: As a re-folding device, a re-folding roller pair comprising re-folding rollers 320, 321 is disposed. A rotary shaft of the re-folding roller pair (320, 321) is disposed in a direction intersecting with a crease of a sheet on which the crease is formed. A first roller pair (324, 325) for conveying a sheet so that the crease of the sheet intersects with the re-folding roller pair (320, 321) and a second roller pair (313, 314) for conveying the sheet from a direction facing the first roller pair are disposed in order to carry the sheet into a conveyance area of the re-folding roller pair (320, 321) from two different directions.
