Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve in which a vibration phenomenon occurring in a pressure reducing member or a pressure receiving piston can be surely attenuated.SOLUTION: A pressure reducing member (14) is inserted in an inlet chamber (8) in a valve case (1). A pressure receiving piston (19) inserted in a piston hole (18) of an outlet chamber (10) in the valve case (1) is energized to a right side by a pressure setting spring (44). When the pressure receiving piston (19) is advanced to the right side and the capacity of a fluid chamber (28) partitioned and formed by the pressure receiving piston (19) and the piston hole (18) is increased, the pressure of the fluid chamber (28) declines to close a check valve (34), and a pressure fluid of the outlet chamber (10) flows into the fluid chamber (28) through a throttle portion (31). When the pressure receiving piston (19) is retracted to a left side and the capacity of the fluid chamber (28) is decreased, the pressure of the fluid chamber (28) rises to open the check valve (34), and the pressure fluid of the fluid chamber (28) flows out to the outlet chamber (10).
