Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a belt and tension pulleys from fluttering due to tension applied to the belt after actuation if a motor generator functions as a motor or a generator.SOLUTION: A pair of tension pulleys 29 is attached to arms so as to rotate together in an outer circumferential direction of motor-generator pulleys 15. The tension pulleys 29 are energized by return spring means to return to reference positions 63, respectively. Since the tense of a belt 19 can suppress the tension pulleys 29 from moving, it is possible to prevent the belt 19 and the tension pulleys 29 from fluttering. The reference positions 63 may match neutral positions 62 at which both of the tension pulleys 29 rest in a rotation stopped state or may be deviated from the neutral positions 62 in any of directions.
