Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device having excellent energy saving properties.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle device includes a refrigerant circuit 8 in which a compressor 1, a heat radiator 2, expansion means 3 and an evaporator 4 are connected in an annular manner by refrigerant piping, and in which a refrigerant circulates. A liquid receiver 5 is provided in the refrigerant circuit 8 between the evaporator 4 and the compressor 1, and a heat transfer facilitation part is provided at the liquid receiver 5. Thereby, the liquid receiver 5 stores the surplus refrigerant as the liquid refrigerant, and an overheat degree of the refrigerant sucked in the compressor 1 can be made optimum, and also, a heat exchange amount between the stored liquid refrigerant and the air around the liquid receiver 5 increases, so that a suction pressure of the compressor 1 can be increased by increasing evaporation temperature. As a result, not only under the condition where there is excess and deficiency of the refrigerant circulating in the refrigerant circuit 8 but also under all operation conditions, energy efficiency can be improved.
