Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system that permits various color matching control according to various situations as a lighting to irradiate a passenger cabin of a vehicle, and is capable of presenting a comfortable passenger cabin space by lighting.SOLUTION: A passenger cabin lighting system includes: lighting means 11 disposed in a passenger cabin of a rolling stock 1; control means 20 for adjusting lighting by the lighting means 11; and monitor means 23 for detecting various kinds of information as a function of the control means 20. The lighting means 11 includes a light source 12 of an LED lamp that permits color matching. The control means 20 includes a plurality of color matching patterns corresponding to the various kinds of information detected by the monitor means 23. The lighting means 11 are subjected to color matching on the basis of the color matching patterns. Particularly, the color matching is carried out taking, as a unit, the lighting means 11 for lighting a predetermined area from among the plurality of lighting means 11 in the passenger cabin.
