Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger support for toilet lid opening/closing operation, capable of pulling out an operation rod from a clamp and easily replacing the same with a desired operation rod while leaving the clamp attached to the toilet lid.SOLUTION: The support is a combination of an operation rod 6 and clamps 7. The operation rod 6 is configured by bending a rod material in a smoothly curved mountain shape and including a rod insertion hole 10 on both end faces. Each clamp 7 sandwiches and fixes a rib on a front face of the toilet lid and is an assembly of a piece 11, a fastening screw 12, and a rod 9. Between a pair of wall face parts 11a, 11b of the piece 11, a cavity for inserting the rib on the front face of the toilet lid is formed. The fastening screw 12 serves for fastening and fixing on the rib on the front face of the toilet lid inserted across the cavities of the pieces 11, 11. The rod 9 is inserted attachably/detachably into each of the insertion holes 10 on both end faces of the operation rod 6 and serves for connecting the piece 11 fastened and fixed on the rib on the front face of the toilet lid and the operation rod 6.
