PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an object item to be fastened without damaging itself and further to prevent its loosening.SOLUTION: A washer of this invention is made in such a way that a resilient body is installed at a main body of the washer, the main body of the washer has concave recesses at opposing surfaces. The resilient body has fitted parts and press contact parts. The fitted parts are fitted to the concave recesses and the press contact parts protrude out of the concave recesses. The concave recesses may be formed into a ring-shape and the resilient body may be formed into a ring shape that can be fitted into the concave recesses. The concave recesses may be formed as two or more slender grooves or two or more holes and the resilient body may be formed into a slender strip that can be fitted into the slender grooves or a chip shape that can be fitted to the holes. The contact surfaces may be provided with a convexoconcave for preventing looseness or slippage. The surface of the main body of the washer may be provided with the washer protrusions. The screw with the washer of this invention is arranged in such a way that the washer is attached to the rear surface side of a head part of the screw in a horizontal rotatable manner and upward or downward slidable manner.
