Abstract:
薬学的有効量のCB2受容体アゴニストを投与することによって、対象における神経炎症性疾患および/または神経変性疾患を治療または予防する方法が記載される。CB2受容体アゴニストは、式Iの化合物またはその薬学的に許容される塩であってもよく、R1およびR2は本明細書にて定義したとおりである。CB2受容体アゴニストを投与すると、ミクログリアにおけるCB2受容体が活性化され、脳内にアミロイド−βペプチド濃度上昇を有する対象におけるシナプス可塑性、認知、記憶を回復できる。
