PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid damper device capable of suppressing the floating of a valve element from a rotary shaft when a rotor is rotated in an opening direction, and a damper-added device with the fluid damper device.SOLUTION: In a damper chamber 11 of a fluid damper device 10, a protruding portion 52 of a valve element 50 protrudes from a base 51 radially outward of a rotary shaft 40 and to one side (first direction A) about an axis L of the rotary shaft 40 while a valve support 460 of the rotary shaft 40 includes a base support portion 463 between a first convex portion 461 and a second convex portion 462. In an open attitude, a first part 521 and a second part 522 distanced from each other in a protrusion direction of the protruding portion 52 are supported in a reception portion 466 formed on the first convex portion 461 of the rotary shaft 40 in an inner part 520 of the protruding portion 52 of the valve element 50. With this configuration, even if the valve element 50 receives a fluid pressure in the first direction A, it is possible to suppress a situation in which the valve element 50 rotates with a contact position with the first convex portion 461 as a fulcrum.
