Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevated structure which enables installation of such facilities with a relatively large occupied area as a running track while suppressing a decrease in availability of a building and an influence on an arrangement plan of other facilities and which eventually enables achievement of its upsizing, and the building with the elevated structure.SOLUTION: An elevated structure 1 is extended across a plurality of roof floors 4 away from one another, and supported by a base 5 provided on the roof floor 4. A part, below which the roof floor 4 does not exist and which is not supported by the base 5, is configured as a protruding part or supported by a column 17.
