PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve molding accuracy of washer protrusions, suppress the protrusions from being broken or strained during molding, and ensure the engagement of the washer protrusions with screw head protrusions to suppress a screw from loosening.SOLUTION: A washer is configured so that a washer body includes a protrusion formation portion, the protrusion formation portion is formed in any of or each of two ore more portions out of a portion on a surface of the washer body near a through-hole, a portion near an outer circumferential edge of the washer body, and an intermediate portion between the two former portions between the through-hole and the outer circumferential edge of the washer body to be concentric with the through-hole and the outer circumferential edge, a plurality of washer protrusions is formed radially in the protrusion formation portion across the protrusion formation portion, and the washer protrusions are provided on an entire circumference or in several portions of the ring protrusion formation portion. A screw with a washer is configured so that the washer is set to a rear surface of a head of the screw so that the washer is not detached from the screw, and each head protrusion of the screw and each washer protrusion are disposed to face each other so as to engage the head protrusion with the washer protrusion by fastening the head of the screw.
