Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wall-thickened formed product in which a damage to a spinning machine can be suppressed and a defective fraction can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a wall-thickened formed product of which a portion is thickened from an aluminium material A includes: aluminium heating processes S101, S202 in which at least a formed part A1 of the aluminium material A is heated; roller heating processes S102, S203 in which a molding roller of a spinning machine for processing the aluminium material is heated; setting processes S103, S201 in which the aluminium material is set in the spinning machine; and a wall-thickening forming process S104 in which while the aluminium material heated in the aluminium heating process is rotated by the spinning machine, the aluminium material is wall-thickened formed by the molding roller heated in the roller heating process without heating during rotation of the material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
