Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device which can favorably prevent the generation of cavitation, is easily realized by using a metal lamination molding method, and is excellent in practicability.SOLUTION: A valve device comprises: a valve mechanism which is composed of a valve seat 2 and a valve body 3 which blocks a circulation hole provided at the valve seat 2 so as to be openable and closable, and is provided in the middle of a flow passage 4; and a decompression mechanism which decompresses a fluid passing through a circulation interval between the valve body 3 and the valve seat 2. In the decompression mechanism, a fluid passing hole 6 is formed in a penetration state at a cylinder body 5 which is provided so as to surround the circulation interval between the valve body 3 and the valve seat 2 which is formed when releasing the flow passage 4, a hole shape of the fluid passing hole 6 is formed by alternately and repeatedly arranging a contraction flow part and a pressure recovery part which is larger in diameter than an adjacent upstream-side contraction flow part, and a pressure recovery plate with which the fluid passing through the adjacent upstream-side contraction flow part collides is provided at the pressure recovery part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
