Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief valve in which a steel ball is used in a guide kit contacting with a valve seat to improve the pressure-flow rate characteristic of the relief valve.SOLUTION: In a direct relief valve 10, a spring member 45 is internally fitted into a large-diameter hole 38a of a retainer 38 screwed into a valve body 31, and a spring receiver 11 is inserted into one end of the large-diameter hole 38a. The spring receiver 11 supports one end of the spring member 45. An adjustment screw 46 is screwed into the retainer on the axial core of the large-diameter hole 38a, and resilient force of the spring member 45 is adjusted through the spring receiver 11 by moving the adjustment screw 46 in an axial core direction. The adjustment screw 46 is positioned by fastening a nut 46a that is screwed into the adjustment screw 46, to the retainer 38a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
