Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016041962
Kind Code:

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a nozzle in a shell without the need to carry out welding operation.SOLUTION: A nozzle attachment 1 comprises: a tubular member 2; locking vanes 4 rotatably provided in three circumferential portions, which are closer to one longitudinal end of the tubular member 2, on an outer circumferential surface of the tubular member 2, with insertion guide/brackets 3 interposed between the tubular member 2 and the vanes 4, respectively; vane urging means 5 urging each locking vane 4 in a direction of deploying the locking vane 4; vane-attitude holding means 6 restricting the rotation of each locking vane 4 at an angle and in an attitude in which a locking edge 22 of the locking vane 4 touches an edge of a hole H; a seal plate 7 provided in a longitudinal intermediate portion of the tubular member 2; a seal tube 8 provided in an outer peripheral portion of a side surface, which faces the locking vanes 4, of the seal plate 7; and a seal member 9. The tubular member 2 is inserted into the hole H of a shell S and the locking edge 22 of each locking vane 4 is locked to the edge of the hole H from within the shell S. In this state, the seal tube 8 disposed in a clearance between the seal plate 7 and the shell S is expanded so as to fix the tubular member 2 to the hole H of the shell S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
