Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cluster of non-collapsed nanowires, a template for producing the same, a method for obtaining the template, a method for obtaining the cluster by using the template, and devices comprising the cluster.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a cluster of non-collapsed nanowires 11 comprises: anodizing an assembly of two contiguous layers, namely, a first layer 4 made of a material forming a network of interconnected channels during the anodization, and a second layer 3 made of a material forming a cluster of aligned separated channels during the anodization. The second layer 3 contains 99.9 to 100 atom% of aluminum, and 0.0 to 0.1 atom% of other materials not forming a network of interconnected channels during the anodization of the second layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
