PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire in which hysteresis loss in a portion near a ground contact surface of a tread member can be adjusted, and to provide a vehicle mounted with the tire, and a traffic control system.SOLUTION: The tire has a tread member 10 whose ground contact surface is formed of an elastomer, the viscoelasticity of which changes by application of an electric field or magnetic field, and a plurality of electrodes 12a, 12b which are disposed in the tire component positioning in the tread member 10 or in the inside in the tire radial direction, of the tread member 10 at intervals from each other and apply the electric field to the ground contact surface side of the tread member 10. Thereby, it is possible to change the viscoelasticity of the elastomer forming the ground contact surface of the tread member 10 by applying the electric field to the ground contact surface side of the tread member 10, so that hysteresis loss in the portion near the ground contact surface of the tread member 10 can be adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
