Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece component which suppresses adhesion to another component and discharge of lubricant and which can reduce sliding friction between its sliding surfaces and another component over a long period of time.SOLUTION: An escape wheel 30 is made of an electroformed material with nickel or nickel alloy, and includes sliding surfaces 34a sliding on pallet stones 41 of a pallet 40. Concavities and convexities 35 are formed on the sliding surfaces 34a of the escape wheel 30. Thus, performance of holding lubricant on the sliding surfaces 34a is improved, and the lubricant is prevented from being discharged outside from the sliding surfaces 34a due to the sliding on the pallet stones 41 of the pallet 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
