Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent breakage of a water supply head due to generation of a water hammer action.SOLUTION: Plural water supply heads 20 are arranged with predetermined intervals, on a branch line 18 disposed on a tunnel travel direction and starting from a secondary side of an automatic valve device 14 for operating by an opening operation during fire disaster occurrence and supplying water for fire-fighting to the secondary side, for supplying the water for fire-fighting to a water supply object space in the tunnel. The water supply heads 20 connected to terminals A of the branch line 18 have a water hammer suppression mechanism 24 which acts when it receives water hammer following to supply of the water for fire-fighting, and reduces water hammer. The water supply heads 20 have plural nozzles in a hollow head body, and the water hammer suppression mechanisms 24 serve as pressure release mechanism for, when receiving supply of the water for fire-fighting having pressure exceeding a predetermined value on the terminal sides of the head bodies, releasing the water to a water discharge side for releasing pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
