Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive structure in which a cavity is surrounded by metal and a conductive fusion in which a carbide core is surrounded by metal.SOLUTION: A conductive structure has a constitution that a cavity 10 is surrounded by a palladium nucleus adsorption layer 12 and a nickel film 14, and is manufactured by a manufacturing method including: a first process of giving conductivity to a non-conductive core material by a conductive organic compound; a second process of adsorbing palladium nucleus; a third process of plating metal; and a fourth process of burning the core material. On the other hand, the conductive fusion has a constitution that a carbide core 16 is surrounded by the palladium nucleus adsorption layer and the nickel film, and is manufactured by a manufacturing method in which its first to third processes are the same as those in a manufacturing method for the conductive structure, and its fourth process is a carbonizing process of the core material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
