Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet capable of being easily mounted to a through-hole of a panel even when the panel has a thick board thickness, in the same way as when the panel has a thin board thickness.SOLUTION: A grommet 10 includes: a small diameter cylindrical part 11 through which a wiring harness W is inserted; an enlarged-diameter cylindrical part 12 that is continuous with one end 11a of the small diameter cylindrical part 11 while enlarging the diameter thereof; and a flange part 14 that is continuous with a large diameter end 12a of the enlarged-diameter cylindrical part 12 and has an annular groove 15 fitted to a through-hole H of a panel P. In the grommet, a part 14c of a bottom surface 14b of the flange part 14 is formed to be tilted so that the wall thickness of the bottom surface 14b on an outer peripheral side of the approximate center becomes thinner than the wall thickness of the bottom surface 14b on an inner peripheral side of the approximate center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
