Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an accurate positioning of a bag containing drier arranged within a tank main body at a central part of a lower space in the tank main body while being positively spaced apart from an inner peripheral surface of the tank main body and hold it.SOLUTION: A sewing margin S at a lower edge of a bag 7 containing dryer is press fitted into a slit 17 of a bag fixing member 15 and after press fitting, a surplus part S1 including the sewing margin S is expanded outside by an elastic recovering force to cause the bag 7 containing dryer is locked against its removal from the slit 17. Under this state, engaging pieces 20, 20 of the bag fixing member 15 are engaged with an engaging groove 21 of a header 4, and the header 4 and a barrel 3 are welded and connected by a welding part 10. With this arrangement as above, each of the raising curved plates 19, 19 of the bag fixing member 15 is abutted against an inner peripheral surface of the barrel 3, the bag fixing member 15 is set in position at the central part of the barrel 3, and the bag 7 containing dryer fixed to the bag fixing member 15 is set in position at the central part of the barrel 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
