PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide economical, efficient and delicious food service.SOLUTION: A food service cart for heating food service includes: a cart 3 having multistage trays and its kind arranged inside, and movable by casters 16 installed on a bottom part; and a food service cart body 2 having a cart storage chamber 40 for storing the cart 3 formed inside, and also having cold air means 5 for sending cold air to the cart 3 in the cart storage chamber 40, and heating means 6 for sending super heated steam or the like. The inside of the cart 3 is constituted as one chamber without being divided into a cold room and a warm room by a partition wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
