Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which enables a surface fastener to be installed on a tire inner surface in a tire molding step, and can effectively prevent the slipping off of the surface fastener in the tire molding step; and a method of manufacturing the pneumatic fastener.SOLUTION: A strip-shaped surface fastener 10 extending in a tire circumferential direction is installed on a tire inner surface S, and on the surface fastener 10, a cut machining portion 15 made from a plurality of slits 14 extending in a width direction without intersecting the surface fastener 10 is repeatedly formed in the tire circumferential direction. The surface fastener 10 is defined into a plurality of structure elements 16 by the slits 14, and the surface fastener 10 is disposed on the tire inner surface S while the cut machining portion 15 stretched out so as to range the structure elements 16 in the tire circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
