Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a conventional residual stress impartment process (30), a processing condition cannot dynamically changed in a processing state with respect to an inner wall of a pipe body in the middle of processing, and thus, a variation of compression residual stress which is accumulated on the inner wall of the pipe body becomes large at a finish of the processing.SOLUTION: In a residual stress impartment process (30), by dynamically changing a pressure condition with respect to an inner wall of a workpiece according to a measurement value of compression residual stress in the middle of AF processing, a processing time corresponding to the performance (processing state in the middle of the processing) of the workpiece (processing object) can be optimized, and a variation of the compression residual stress can be suppressed. By this constitution, an increase of a generation rate of a defective product at a finish of the processing with respect to the inner wall of the workpiece can be suppressed, and prescribed compression residual stress can be imparted to the inner wall of the workpiece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
